1 General Questions
1.1 Do you have more titles than what is listed on the website?
Yes, we do. At this time, there are just too many to be able to list all at once on the website. If you are looking for a specific title, please feel free to e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
1.2 Do you guys sell/ship to customers outside of the US/Canada?
Due to licensing restrictions by the companies here in the US, we are unable to sell or ship Blu-Rays and DVDs outside of North America. Other merchandise is available to purchase for those international customers, though you will be responsible for import fees and for the cost of the shipping method determined
1.3 Who are you guys?
Our company consists of fans just like yourselves that try to keep up on the latest in the anime industry, and are passionate about anime. Our owner for example has been a fan for a very long time and has built a collection over time of a variety of classic to more recent anime titles on Blu-Ray and DVD. We are hoping that we can a source for you, a fellow fan, to build your collection, especially if you are looking for those hard to find and rare titles.
2 Shipping and Payment Methods
2.1 What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We are looking in the future to be able to accept BitCoin, so check with us frequently on updates
2.2 What shipping services do you use?
For the Free Shipping option, we will usually ship USPS Media Mail. In some cases, we may be able to ship with a faster service such as USPS Priority Mail if for example, an order exceeds a certain amount. We also use UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air as well as FedEx's services.
In the case that a faster and more cost effective shipping method is used within the same carrier, you will be notified before your order is shipped.
If a different carrier is available to send your order via an expedited method, you will be contacted prior to processing the order for your permission to provide with the change in shipping carrier. at no extra charge
2.3 I placed an order online and I live in the Northern VA, Maryland, or DC area. Can I pick up in person or at a convention?
We do allow local pick ups for orders. Arrangements should be made by contacting us at email@example.com once you have placed your order.
If you are going to be at a convention where we will be vending at, you may pick up your order at our booth at the con. Please contact us ahead to make arrangements.
2.4 Do you guys ship internationally?
Depends on what the item is. Due to licensing restrictions, Blu-Ray and DVD titles published by Aniplex of America and NIS America may only be shipping to addresses within the US and Canada. There may be other products that are restricted as well.
2.5 I'm having problems in the shopping cart calculating shipping to an address in Canada
This is due to a format in the system where it won't recognize a zip code if it is in this format for example: A1z 2y3.
Be sure there are no spaces in the zip code, so it show be entered like this for example: A1z2y3
3 Sales Taxes and Fees
3.1 Am I required to pay sales tax?
This will only apply if you reside in the Commonwealth of Virginia. State law requires us to collect state sales tax for sales to any customer residing in Virginia
4 Trade shows and conventions
4.1 Do you guys do conventions/tradeshows?
Yes, we do. Currently, we are only focusing on a few conventions at this time since we are a new company. If you have a suggestion for a convention that you would like for us to be a vendor at, please send us an e-mail.
